A: Wedding gowns run smaller than normal clothing sizes. Please see our Size Chart for more details or you can also custom made size the dresses for yourself.

Q:how to custom made dresses ?
A: You can send dresses picture to me, then I will give you a good price, if you can accept, we will send you payment link.
Q: can I change some original dresses designs?
A: No problem.
Q: can I return the dress if I don't like it?
A: we accept the returning dress on special conditions: If you don't like the size, color or quality of the dress you received, you may return it according to our Return & Exchange Policy. Please refer to Return & Exchange Policy for the detail attentions and steps to return your dress if needed.
If you don't like the style of the dress received, we are afraid that we have no control and responsibility of your personal taste to the style after you received the dress. Please DO choose the right style you want before ordering.
Q: what can you do if you received the broken or damaged package?
A: Before you sign for the package, please kindly check the package firstly. If there is any broken or damaged problem about the package, please kindly refused to sign for it. You can make claim to express company to get compensation. Thanks.

A:we support to drop shipping and wholesale, the package include not any information and product prices of our company.
Q: production time and shipping time?
A: Usually our production time is 5-7 days, expedited order 3-5 days.
When you place order, you can check total shipping time.
Standard Shipping: AliExpress Standard Shipping 15-25 days;
Seller Shipping: Seller's Shipping Method 7-12 days;
Expedited shipping: DHL/UPS/FedEx 5-7 days.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
